Holiday apartment “Schlern“
Living & comfort
This appartment has a surface area of 42 m² and is suitable for 2-4 persons. It consists of a spacious living-kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom. Bedclothes and towels are provided, as well as a 32-inch television set with sat connection. The living-kitchen area is completely furnished and equipped with two ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water boiler and dishes.

High quality materials in the construction, like a spruce solid wood ceiling and the high quality furnishing, ensure a warm and pleasant atmosphere in all rooms. The bedroom furniture is made of solid wood. From the dining table or couch you will enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. A table and some chairs on the private balcony invite you to have breakfast or dinner at the open air.
Studio apartment “Rosengarten”
Living & comfort
This studio apartment has a surface area of 26 m² and is suitable for 2 persons.
It can be rented as a holiday flat but also as a room with breakfast included and is furnished with a double bed, a highly modern kitchen unit, a sitting area and a television set with sat connection. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and bidet. Bedclothes and towels are provided.
Enjoy and relax
The use of wood in the construction and the solid wood ceiling create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The dining table is positioned directly by the window, another table and some chairs on the private balcony allow you to have breakfast or dinner at the open air. You will enjoy a wonderful view of the Dolomites mountain range.
